I'd be interested in the site. I'd probably submit something as well, but 200 word bomblets seems awfully brief.

Yes, a serial would be something to consider. At this point, I am reluctant to say 'no' to any ideas since I would like this to be a communal effort and restricting ideas is for the Chinese government.

HA! Excellent approach. I'll keep trying to wrap my head around an idea I feel can work and will get something out to you... soonish!

Thanks for your interest. Ideas for the individual story format is in it's nascent stage, so the length of each story is still not set. The 200 word limit is one suggested by Warren Ellis as suitable for web reading and the impetus for my venture into this genre of web magazine. The length of each story will factor into the look and feel of the website. I also think that having this type of restriction forces the writer to really economize their composition, stripping away everything extraneous from their prose outside of the central idea of their story. If it works, it works, if not...

Try it out and tell me what you think.

Thanks again for your interest and we'll stay in touch!

Howsabout serials? A regular carpet-bombing of said bomblets. What's a sci-fi site without a serial "strip", right?
