I am attempting to write superhero comics that are commentaries on our post-modern situation while still retaining the sheer pleasure of superheroes as escapist fantasy and flights of fancy. That's the Millenials.
I also write Xrox. It comes from a more innocent place, I think, and is more "pure" imagination, more removed and internalized. It also comes from the sheer pleasure of the fantasy story, but is also more of a coming of age piece.
Both of these I self publish as The Fandome Empire. So far I do the writing and someone else does the art, but that's slowly changing.
