Fenmere, the Worm, was born the day before the world was created for him and his younger siblings, the Dragon People. He was the first to step foot on its ground, and he shall be the last. In the form of poetry, he has been chronicling the exploits of the Dragon People ever since. Recently, he was drawn to Fairport because of its curious properties, believing that he might be able to bend them to his will and use them in a great war between two factions of his people. Also, the cross section of humanity that lived there were particularly amusing to him. Shortly after settling into a wooded vacant lot situated behind what would be Jenifer Bakker’s house, he took up cartooning. He claims that it is the best form of poetry that he’s invented yet. Also, being the epitome of all who deign to write verse and call themselves poets, his work is mediocre at best.

To this day, Fenmere still resides in Fairport, working his plots and crafting pages of questionable skill in the hopes that he may one day reconcile the greatest of the world’s troubles. He likes bagels, gourmet espresso beverages and, of course, oyster crackers. He lives with his henchmen, Jonathan the ‘Hamster and Lloyd the Seagull, and occasionally makes appearances at the Bellingham School of Comics.
