wow. Hey dude, sorry about taking this long to answer... man it's really out of this world seeing my name on your profile, heh. I know what you mean about people steering you away from art, I still got a lot of these vibes... where are you from? (that "vampira" title made me wonder...)

Oi Fernanda!

Cheesus! thanks Becky, your art and your love-for-comics driven speeches have been my main inspiration for drawing lately, so it means a LOT to hear that from you. A friend of mine just brought me a 5 copy he got from Grampa in the last HQ mix awards in Sao Paulo... and it rocks!
hey, any chance you spare a copy of nebuli to send along with your minis collection when you start selling it online?

hey Josh, got a few suggestions for ya..it's a little annoying that you can't leave comments on someone else's page if youre not befriended yet... i dont know if that's the general opinion, but well, at least let my complain here for the record, heh.
I also think that even if 5 bucks a month for selling art may be cheap to some it doesnt work too well if the majority of people here can't even sell enough per month to make it worth. (my case) A 5 or 10 percent comission would work much better...wouldn't it?
I may be complaining but i also want to thank you again for putting up comicspace. I'm getting published by shadowline in august and it was through the site that this first big break showed up. :)

Your right about the 5 bucks, Thats why I haven't signed up! A commission would be a more fair choice!

Congrats on the publishing deal. I love hearing stuff like that. I plan to add an option for users who want to allow anyone to comment on their space to do so. About commissions on art sales... This was something I considered, but the main problem is that to take a commission, I would need to hold everyone's money and then pay out at set intervals. This would require paying two processing fees (one when the page sells, and one when I pay the seller), which would not make it viable for me unless I'm getting an absurdly high commission, like 25%. The $5/month route was all around easier and cheaper for everyone.

thanks for the comment dude... my main concern about that comic was not letting it look cheesy or fake.. but since it had some real life inspiration I guess I nailed it right :)

nice inks dude...and yeah, comicspace is way better than myspace because here your popularity resides on your geekness!
