I started Funny Furry Friends Adventures way back in 2000. I was drawing a super-hero story at the time, and to get a way from trying to draw properly I started to draw this little story in my sketch book about a bear and an owl being really mean to a rabbit.

I got six pages done before forgetting about the project. In 2005 a friend found an old copy of a comic I made years ago and said I should start making comics again. That’s all it took. A few kind words and I got bit by the Comic Bug once again.

I remembered the FFFA pages I’d done way back when and thought that I should finish that off. To my surprise I also found I’d finished writing the story and had done a couple more pages over the years.

That six page story started in 2000 became the lead story CONSEQUENCES in FFFA #1, which was released in February 2006. FFFA #2 was released August 2006. Issue 3 is still getting inked. It’s been a while, I know, but I’m getting there.

FFFA books are currently only available in Melbourne, Australia. International and interstate people interested in getting some copies, just send me a message and we’ll work something out.
