I’m the Senior Vice President of Production for Comic Book Movies LLC. For the past 11 years, my boss is Michael Uslan, Executive Producer of all the BATMAN films for Warner Bros. I was closely involved in the acquisition and development of many feature film and television projects. I’m responsible for acquiring, developing, producing maintaining a large slate of projects and overseeing deals with writers, agents, comic book companies, creators and movie studios. It’s a fun gig. I live in New York, spend a lot of time in LA, and occasionally find myself in Tokyo.

I recently served as an assistant to the producers of CONSTANTINE (Warner Bros) and I’m Co-Producer of the following live-action films currently in development: Will Eisner’s “THE SPIRIT” (OddLot Entertainment/Batfilm Productions) which Frank Miller is directing, THE SHADOW (Columbia Pictures) which Sam Raimi is producing and THE STUNTWOMAN (Comic Book Movies, LLC), as well as the forthcoming animated direct-to-home DVDs, THE LONE RANGER: SIX GUNS AND SAMURAI and TUROK (Classic Media). I’m also working with Michael on SHAZAM for New Line and WAY OF THE RAT for Castle Rock. I can’t talk about a lot of this, which is why I have actually kept this job for so long, so don’t be mad if I can’t divulge anything.

I also am the co-creator and co-writer of the forthcoming manga series THE SLEEPER WARS, to be released in Japan in 2007. Hopefully, I’ll be writing some more manga and comics in the next year.

I’m a lifelong comic fan. I went to NYU and occasionally teach at the film school. I play music. I am not Jimmy Palmiotti. Life is good.
