Greetings!
I think I'm in the minority in this site as a manga artist (and gender, and age)... not that that's entirely a bad thing. Western comic art is fantastic.
Monarchy is currently my brainchild; it focuses me to come up with plotlines, punchlines, inventive paneling, decent anatomy, and reliable characters. All without screentones or digital effects.
I'm 18 and don't have a major plan for my life yet. I fancy myself an artist, musician, actress, singer, writer, and avid reader. And a cartoonist.
If Stephen Pastis can go from being an attorney to a cartoonist, why can't I? Despite the fact that I'm not an attorney...

Thank you for the compliment. 'Monarchy' is my first attempt at making a comic. I've tried starting some others since then, but it's harder to keep them going.

Heheh. I prefer writer over drawing, as that's my only talent to contribute to the comics business, so I'm kind of stuck without an artist to do their dirty business for me. =3
