Hey everyone- Thomas Florimonte here.

Thanks for stopping by. I'm the Vice President/Technical Director of 01Comics -- a digital comics publisher -- as well as a partner in Ka-Blam Digital Printing and IndyPlanet with Barry Gregory -- the digital comics shop and order fulfillment site for Ka-Blam!

Besides running all that, I'm still plugging away with my own creator owned stuff: Mystery Girlz and Zomboy: Kid Hero.

Mystery Girlz is a new idea of mine kinda mixing the Scooby Doo type sillyness with a X-Files-ish atmosphere. The first story arc (5 issues) has us folowing the girls through what is a obviously "Haunted House" when something totally unexpected happens. The story covers just about everything you'd want in a ghost busting comic: ghosts (of course), skeltons, zombies, aliens, swamp monsters, teleporters, carbonite freezing, electrical handcuffs, mosquitos , the mall and action figures. Now all we need is three pretty girls doing the hunting and we'd have it all. HEY WAIT!!! We've got that too!!! :) Mystery Girlz will be back up at 01comics.com as a free Web Comic soon. I'm trying to finish issue five as we speak (type/read/whatever) before we put it back up. Print versions can be gotten through IndyPlanet by clicking HERE for issue #1 and HERE for issue #2.

Zomboy: Kid Hero has been around for 10 years now. The idea behind this book is that when kids are at play, they, in their minds, are REALLY DOING what they think they're doing. In other words, "It's real to them." So taking that idea, mix all the kids at school playing together in their shaired "Imaginary World" is what you've got. Then throw in Superhero action and you've got the world of Zomboy: Kid Hero. Some fo the kids are good guys, some are bad, and the rest are the innocent kids that get beat up and need saving. I'll be back on Zomboy: Kid Hero just as soon as I'm done with Mystery Girlz (hopefully by Feb-Mar '07). As with the Mystery Girlz, Zomboy: Kid Hero will also be up at 01comics.com as a free Web Comic. But till then, copies of the first run Zomboy: Kid Hero print version can also be bought through IndyPlanet by clicking HERE for issue #1, HERE for issue #2 and HERE for issue #3. A trade of the first run will be up there shortly. Keep an eye out.
