Hello all, I am an aspiring writer looking to break into the comic industry. I have my own creations that I am devoloping and also would love to work on other projects that are available, any work is good work to me.

I love to write, it has always been my dream to work full time as a writer and I have been a comic book fan for so long that it just seemed natural for me to try my hand at working in this buisness. I believe I would be a great addition to any team because I love the buisness, and when you love your work it is easier to do quality products. Also, I am a very dedicated worker, and I respect the importance of meeting a deadline, so I can guarantee that my work will arrive on time (unless the mail eats it!)

I am also looking for any artists willing to work with me, I was not blessed enough to be able to draw well so I am very eager to meet an artist who shares my enthusiasm for the comic book industry. If your interested please drop me an e-mail at thundersdisciple@yahoo.com

The projects I am currently devoloping and would be happy to discuss with publishers, artists or anyone else who just wants to knoe more are as follows.

Professor Poltergeist- The story of Rolland Browkin, a metaphysics professor who has studied in ancient arts to grant him telekinetic prowess. The story is set in world that blends dark noir-style pulp comics with more modern day hero-villain style books. The story highlights themes of ignorance, scapegoating and has an overall mood of 'apathy vs. empathy.' I have a sample pilot script ready for anyone who would like to view it.

The Volt- William Mander has always avoided his problems, running away from anything he found too hard. That is until a car accident leaves him paralyzed from the legs down, and he volunteers for an expiramental surgery to restore his ability to walk. The expirament not only allows him to walk again, but endows William with super human speed, allowing him a chance to change his life for the better while helping others as the super speedy Volt. The Volt story blends classic comic style with real world problems and situations.

Tommy Gallant- After risking his life to pull someone trapped under a chemical tanker, Tommy Crazner was gifted with incredible strength and near invunerability. Tommy decides to put his powers to good use, as both a hero and a marketable personality. Using lots of 'classic' comic elements Tommy Gallant contains sattire on many aspects of the comic buisness and comic book sterotypes. (piolet script coming soon)

Guard Dog- Dr. Richard Grendel's life was shattered when he came home from the lab to find his wife brutally murdered. In response he used his knowlege of DNA to create a half-man, half-dog protector to set loose in the city, so no one would ever have to feel his pain. The creature has been trained to protect and defend the helpless, but it's mind is full of confusion, fear and naive innocence that it cannot shake off, leaving him a violent anti-hero at best. The story is dark, gritty and very violent. (script available upon request)

I was a teenage sidekick- The graphic novel that tells the story of a crime fighter and his young ward through flashbacks told by the sidekick to his psychartrist. A serious book with some sattire throughout which takes a look at the many different aspects of a teen crime fighters life that are not often explored (such as going through puberty as a crime fighter). Sample script available
