I actually met the Alpha Shade brothers at Anime Detour (and I think Anime Iowa too) when they were doing their tutorial webcomic panels. They went right through everything one needs to make a webcomic and introduced me to drunkduck.com. They were the ones that convinced me it was actually possible to make a webcomic (without running a big domain site.) Oh the memories...
