Hey all!It is I, the infamous glych, formally known as "glych who?" I've been around for awhile and update my comics regularly. I have a whole assortment of finished comics available for free as well as a bunch of sketches and such on Panel 2 Panel, my website. Now for the official sounding stuff. I have been drawing comics online for almost 8 years now. I have been on most of the leading webcomic sites including Keenspace (now Comic Genesis), Modern Tales, Graphic Smash, and Drunk Duck. I have been published by Archie Comics, Komikwerks, and Narwain Publishing as well by Drunk Duck in their second print Anthology, Drunk Duck: Drunk and Disorderly with my comic, Red Dahlia (now available for free off of my website) of which I also painted the cover. Currently updating comics of mine include No Stereotypes and Glych's Experiment. I am the owner and operator of the online comic and culture site Panel 2 Panel (as mentioned before) which hosts Tangents webcomic reviews by Robert Howard, Reel Advice direct-to-DVD-market movie reviews by Steve Anderson, The Procrastinator older comic reviews by Adam Barnett, Shoegazing independent and little known comic reviews by Jason Brown, and Gun Street Girl by Barb Lien-Cooper and Ryan Howe. Um... Check me out ^_^ -glych No Stereotypes - Currently Updating The Life of Glych - Currently Updating Glych's Experiment - Currently Updating Polarity - Completed-originally published in Narwain Publishing's Tales of a Forgotten Planet Red Dahlia - Completed-originally published in Drunk Duck's Drunk Duck: Drunk and Disorderly-Co-written and co-created by: John Daiker. Cool. I liked the experiment as well. I'm inspired to do that myself. |

The experiment is something like a "journal/sketchbook" comic. It doesn't really have any kind of structure outside of that. I'm glad you enjoy it. ^_^

What inspired me was your most recent entry of doing specialized artwork for your family. It's too late this year but I'll be ready for next season. But yeah, my sketchbook has been spending more time doing work related stuff and not enough time just drawing for the hell of it. Really need to do something about that. |

I loath the people on Myspace more than anything. Almost every page I've been to on Myspace looks...gah...horrible.
Comicspace has done nothing but impress me so far. ^_^

Glad to see ya here as well. (I don't get to the Comic Writer's Forum as much as I'd like.) But my REAL comment is: what's up with this mild and snowless winter? Sheesh! |

Hey, Glych -- yes, I did indeed interview you once, a long while back. I hope you're doing well! |

Thx for your kind comments, Amber. Once this forum is up and operating [like MySpace, I have yet to understand its primary function], I'll be sure to peruse your comix. If there is a specific set you think I might dig, please hit me with a link. |

Yes, I am one of the few, the proud, the Mild Mannered Reviewers over at the Superman Homepage. It's a pretty neat site. The guy who runs it, Steve Younis, puts a lot into it. Glad you enjoy it. |

We sorta weren't published together in the Drunk and Disorderly: The Drunk Duck Collection Volume 2 book (hohoho! Subliminal advertising!) but that was because I was a co-editor. :) So I guess we were but in a different way?
Either way, nice to see you! :D |

Hey! Thanks for the add and the nice words. I hope to look into your stuff more closely soon.
Once in the mindset, it is not that hard to stick to pantomime. Death Piglet is all about keeping the shortest route from idea to execution (usually through lots of cut-n-paste).
Some ideas won't translate though, but I have other projects for those. |

Hi! Thank you for the comment :3 I really love your stuff (so good!). Though, I think you meant the other EarthBound when you mentioned it, because I've never been on Drunk Duck ^_^ (they have, though: http://www.comicspace.com/darkstar/ ).
*hearts* Keep up the awesome work!! |

I wasn't aware that we had ever met. :o
I know that we have mutual contacts, and I am familiar with your work, but I didn't know we'd spoken or you were familiar with mine.
Learn something new every day I guess. :D |

(Regarding the comment you left on my page...)
If you have actually seen my comics at the store, I'd be curious as to which ones. Only one or two of my books have global distribution that I'm aware of (other than being available for sale on a website that is). |

Heh, no squinty eye, I swear! Kai doesn't really know, but was nice enough not to mention I was wearing sunglasses at the time. ;) My memory is definitely "doddering class", though (who's that guy down there in the in stocking cap???), but I did recognize your nick right away!
Hey, I think my library books are overdue! |
