The studio was founded by Chris Carpenter and Dwayne Biddix. They wanted to bring their own and other great stories to the people. we have loved comic books for years are are proud to now be able to add our name to the list of wonderful comic talents. We are always looking for established companies to partner with us to print our books for a wider audience! Our goal to to have Hard Way everywhere we can get it! We deeply love the comic book medium and feel there is simply nothing better than to see your ideas in print. If we can do that beside names we have admired for years then so much the better! For us to succeed we need the help and input from the public, so always feel free to drop us a line with praise or to tell us what we are doing wrong. We want to be what you, the reader, wants to have. So let us know what you want to see from us! So go forth and spread the word! We are proud to present a sample of what co-founder, Dwayne Biddix, said about why the studio is named HARD WAY.... "Well, Chris and I have had that kinda life... We have had to fight for everything we have, and we always seem to have to do things the hard way. Even when we broke into the business, we did it the hard way. So it became a way of life for us, and when we started to think about launching a studio, we felt that name would fit us perfectly! We also felt that it would be a sentiment most everyone could identify with to some level, so we named it HARD WAY STUDIOS! And we are very proud of the studio and what it represents." We currently have three projects picked up at publishers. Alterna Comics is printing Morbid Myths as an ongoing bi-monthly series and we are very proud to be a part of their family. Bloodfire Studios is printing our 5 issue mini series titled "House at the Edge of Nowhere and we are pleased to be a part of their lineup! Hey man! Just the usual work, followed by some work with a few days off to get caught up on some work! That is very kind of you to say, we, as I am sure you and your studio as well, are having to fight tooth and nail and hope for the best. So, that is what we will continue striveing for. We are excited for the books that we have picked up so far and for the ones that we have lined up to be pitched this quarter. I hope that we can do something together in the future as well when you as well as us are able to catch our breath! Good luck with your studio as well, I noticed that several members have some stuff out or coming out soon, Congrats!
