High Noon Presents is a monthly anthology consisting of four short stories per issue. we self publish three hundred zine sized hard copies a month and we've also started posting issues on our site. If your down with an artistic collaboration of some ace sequential artists check out our site http://highnoonpresents.com we have three issues posted now and are working on getting up the next ten.   most importantly we are always looking for other like minded criminals who want a place to be published. submissions are most welcome.
