It's funny, but I'm also studying 2d and 3d animation. Starting at Columbia in the summer. The project I'm doing now was something I submitted while at the studio with Doug as an animated feature-length movie. Since being highlighted in the Sun-Times in '04 I've been in talks with several investors...so hopeufully soon some decisions will be ratified! Till then, I'll just do what I can barely afford...the comic!
