| Bulletin: | The next Westheimer Block Party is Saturday, March 24 from noon to dark on the 300 and 400 blocks of Westheimer in Houston. Once again the Houston Comix and Zine Festival (although we are thinking about changing that name) will be setting up in the artists area located in the Helios parking lot. If you are a cartoonist, zinester, artist, writer, self-publisher, or other type of independent/diy artist, creator, publisher or distro, and want to sell, trade or exhibit your work, show up at 411 Westheimer at 11am, March 24 and bring a small table. Set up and admission are free. Additional information about the Houston Comix and Zine Festival and the Westheimer Block Party will be posted soon.
