SELIG: The Second Coming, Act One now available for free download

Act One of SELIG: The Second Coming is now available for free download at Wowio.com.

This is a project I have been developing for almost fifteen years, and am finally making available for free download. I've posted a five-page preview on my ComicSpace page as well. As the remaining three additional acts are completed, they will also be made available for free download.

SELIG is the story of a messianic figure coming to terms with and embracing his role in the upcoming prophetic war to which he is destined to determine the outcome.

It stars SELIG, a mysterious figure who is seen alternately as a saviour and as a demon by the various factions in this upcoming war. Also appearing are T'NNIQUE, a vampire who sides with SELIG, seeing in him her final salvation and destiny, and NEICLID, a scientist searching for answers and to come to terms with the guilt of the death of his wife.

It is set in a Victorian-influenced world, quite often referred to as a 'steampunk' setting, one in which both Scientist and True Priest factions vie for power. Members of these and other factions have as slaves members of Supernatural races, all of whom were on the losing side of a great war fought a thousand years ago. These Supernatural beings went into willing slavery to pay off the debt of blood they incurred while serving the mysterious figure of the Daughter.
