I’ve been collecting manga and comics has been a hobby of mine ever snice I in the 5th grade. That's when I found out about Archie comics from a friend. She would let me barrow them during class. That was my favorite thing to read during our silence reading. After Archie came Sailor Moon, I was over joy to find out that the library had carried Sailor Moon manga after my favorite TV show at the time. Than Sailor Moon open my eyes to the big world of manga and anime as well. Some of my frist series were Tenchi Muyo, Cowbebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Oh My Goddess, Fushigi Yugi, Aya no Ceres (big Yu Watase fan) anything written by Rumiko Takahashi like Ranma 1/2 and Inu Yasha (like the manga better). Oh and I read a lot of Clamp stuff too. I been told I had very girly taste when it comes to coimcs, but I like to read all kinds of genres.

Than during High school I was luck enough to interned at the Laughing Ogre (awesome!), gave me a fresh perceptive on super hero comics but mostly inde stuff. Like Fables, The Sandman, Ghost World, Bone yard, Far West, Strangers in Paradise, Courtney Crumrin and the Night Things, Promethea, Lucifer, Age of Bronze: A thousand ships, Bone, Seven Sodiers of Victory, and The Walking Dead, just to name a few. Most importantly what I loved was the old atmosphere, beacause the formal owner and the staff took the time to connected with their custormers, with their passion for comics and sometime beyond that.

Current manga series I'm into are Kashimashi, Mai-Hime, Ichigo Mashimaro, Nana, Absolute Boyfriend, Kaze Hikaru, Crimson Hero, Godchild and other on going series I haven’t finish yet.

And speaking of drawing comics, I have some project I need to polish up.
