NOT GOING TO SAN DIEGO CON?

HOW ABOUT WATERLOO THEN?

Hello to all our comic book friends......I hope the summer is looking good for you. If you live in Iowa then you know the rains had been terrible and it is only now looking nice outside.......OK sunny and humid.......that's Iowa.

This is a friendly reminder that the ICBC is hosting a smaller event called Comic Book Jungle to coincide with the annual Tarzan convention which is in Waterloo, IA on July 26. It is called DUM DUM Con and I am enclosing their site for you along with quick general info. They approached us back in 07 to see if we could help them attract more fans to the event and we thought we would enjoy helping promote Iowa. Now the kicker is they chose the weekend of........dramatic pause.......SAN DIEGO CON!!!!!!! OK not my first choice for an event weekend if you are into comics but again not everyone can go to the Big One in CA right?

Both events will be FREE to the public and right next to each other. I will admit it has been a tough time getting talent who has not made plans for the coast.......as well as dealers for that matter.......but we hope that we can get your interest to come on out and give it some of your time. Just consider this one of those small comic book shows that you see at hotels with the added bonus of another show.

Will we have some of the 501st there so if you know of anyone who missed ICON and wanted a picture with storm troopers then let them know OK?
