COMIC BOOK JUNGLE THIS WEEKEND JULY 26 WATERLOO, IA

Bulletin:

Hello all my comic book friends.......WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!........yeah I know GnR........Axl Rose can kiss my copies of Liefeld's Youngblood.......not that I own any.

This is a friendly reminder that the ICBC is hosting Comic Book Jungle to coincide with the annual Tarzan convention which is in Waterloo, IA on July 26 from 9 am to 4 pm. You have already heard me mention the joy of it being the same weekend as San Diego Con......Nuff Said!

We will have some dealers there, some 501st Troopers, some local guests from Sell Out Comics, and most of all it is FREE! Both our event and the Tarzan Con are free to get into! 2 events / 1 location / Same Day!!

Our main guest is Tom Floyd from Nebraska who has a cool web comic called Captain Spectre and has been a great guest at the last 3 ICONS. He is a hidden talent who just wants to draw cool sketches and keep up his web comic while working a day job. I am amazed but his artwork and I hope you will stop by and see his work.

I can also say that along with the 501st there may be another photo op there. If you have seen our flyers or been to our site you will see the Comic Book Jungle's hero/mascot.......a super hero ape. Well if he is not fighting crime in the Congo or seeing Dark Knight then we may have the "Aped Crusader" there to meet!

Well that about covers it for now. I will keep you posted but if nothing else please tell any friends in the Waterloo area if you can't make it in case they do not know. I know we do not get outside of Des Moines very often and we hope that can do it more in the future.
