Hey, my name is Brandon James. I'm a twenty-four year-old comic nerd, I suppose. I've been reading comics since I was seven and have hardly looked back since. I used to be a mad X-fanatic and avid Marvel reader, but over the last five years or so I've moved into reading a lot more DC (other than Bats and Vertigo, I had limited exposure to most of the DCU)and lots of independents. I'd say my favorite writers right now are Brubaker, Vaughan, that Bendis guy, Johns, Morrison, David, and Dini. For about as long as I can remember, I've had a love for writing. Every now and then I'll have a creative spurt and churn out some drivel. All I need is a good idea... the rest is easy.

Outside of my comic life, I'm a graduate student at the University of Montana in the Chemsitry Department. I graduated a couple years ago from Oregon State University with Honors Bachelors in both Chemistry and Biochemistry/Biophysics.
