 • I began working in comics in 2003 when I started flatting pages of Savage Dragon for Erik Larsen and then Bill Crabtree. I kept flatting for Crabtree on various books and coloring various shorts & backups until 2005 when I was asked to color Benito Cereno & Nate Bellegarde's Hector Plasm: De Mortuis. Shortly after finishing the Hector colors my computer took a crap on me, so I had to pass on coloring a couple promising projects until I could get everything running again. Last year I colored a few short stories that were in the Image anthologies, Popgun Volume One and Volume Two. Right now I'm working on colors for an OGN of New Brighton Archeological Society ( NBAS has a few shorts in Popgun V.1). I'm also working on colors for a new Hector Plasm book for November '08. And I just took over coloring duties on Noble Causes starting with issue #37! It's kinda cool that my first published colors started in the pages of Noble Causes and now I'm coloring the book. It's the year two thousand octopus! Buy a shirt! I'm really digging your work! Hector Plasm was a great comic, and everyone should buy at least two. The fan art is boneriffic and I think the t-shirt designs are pretty rad too. 1 Reply [ Latest posted on October 15th, 2007 2:39 AM ]

Thanks for the good words. When I was sober, I had some funny comments about the Hector pages set in my town, but now I'm drunk and I forget what they were. Easy come, easy go... |

Thanks for the compliments on Theater Hopper.
You weren't the guy wearing the "Ask Me How I Became A Pirate" shirt, were you? That was the one I designed.
Then again, I always stop to talk to people wearing Threadless shirts. Even though the site is huge now, I still think of it like it's a small community. It's like finding someone who likes the same obscure band that you do! |
