Follow the misadventures of Cord Samson, a 17-year-old high school student (when he shows up for school, that is) from Los Angeles, as he tries to "charm" the ladies the best way he knows how: by complimenting their assets and professing his lust for them at 3 a.m. outside their parents' bedroom window.

Lament the fate of poor Mr. Sock, a talking sock puppet left in charge of Cord who can't quite seem to give up on him, even if Cord's been using the bathtub as a toilet again and it's the fifth time that morning Mr. Sock's gotten a call from police.

Pity Susan Avery, Alicia Avalon, and Vanessa Robinson, the three girls at Cord's school he seems to think he's got the most chance with, even after restraining orders, lawsuits, and irate parents beating him to a pulp.

Wonder how on earth Skyler Greenway could possibly be so stupid as to look up to Cord and ask him to help him win his true love, which of course involves plenty of money and credit cards stolen from Skyler's parents' wallets, Skyler taking the fall for Cord when he may get caught for setting a house (Skyler's house) on fire, and watching as Cord "woos" Skyler's crush for him.
