Jay David Ramos is a comic book colorist from the Philippines. He is a relative newcomer, having entered the industry as a "pro" on June 2004.

He is coloring/has colored for publishers like Slave Labor Graphics, TokyoPop, Harris Comics, Dark Horse Comics, and Marvel Comics just to name a few; with books like 15 Minutes, Jack Hightower(color assists), Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Vampirella, What If: Civil War, Young Avengers Presents: Hulkling, and Ultimate X-men, among others.

He is currently working on the ongoing Vampirella Quarterly, Dynamite's Army of Darkness/Xena: Warrior Princess crossover, and Avengers: The Initiative (SI tie-in).

He resides in Quezon City, Philippines.
