I've been collecting comics for too many years now. I love,for nostalgic reasons anything to do with DC and Marvel's Silver Age. I'm also into contemporary comics though and just can't kick the comic buying habit. At the moment I'm loving DC's 52. My favourite writers are Grant Morrison and Alan Moore, fave artists Frank Quitely, Alex Ross, Steve Ditko, Curt Swan, Jack Kirby, Dave Gibbons, Brian Bolland and Frank Hampson. In Movies I'm a big fan of Tarantino, Kubrick, Nicholas Roeg and David Lynch. On TV my all time favourite shows are Doctor Who and Twin Peaks. Also like Michael Moorcock, J.G. Ballard, Harold Pinter, Andy Warhol, David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Patti Smith, Television and old school New York Punk in general

I have spent the majority of my career as an actor and writer in live theatre often attempting to incorporate comic book tropes into my work. At the moment I am studying as a mature student for a BA in Drama and English at Sussex University. My goal is to become a drama teacher and help enthuse and train the next generation of actors.
