After a terrible shipwreck, Manuel landed on the shores of Australia and was taken captive as a mere child by aborigines. Fascinated by cave drawings, Manuel astounded the natives with his prophetic illustrations, which predicted rainfall, droughts, and the rising prices of gas. He escaped after ten years of captivity, unfamiliar to the modern world. Fortunately, his untamed golden locks of hair inspired a commercial director to create the Herbal Essence advertisement. Still unsatisfied with life, Manuel decided to cut his hair and help the needy. His mentoring aided the growth of the well-known Chuck Norris who helped him find his Dominican mother and father. Alas after circumnavigating the globe, Manuel retired to find his roots in Jackson Heights, and since he never learned the written English language, was forced to record his life story in pictures. Manuel would like to thank his fans and a special aborigine lady Click Click Snap Click, for their support and love. (as told by Claudia Goncalves) |
