I've been a comic artist for 2 years now. I attended a technical fine arts institute where most of the learning was through peers and being given a free run of the various studios.
I graduated college some 5 years ago with honours but never got a chance to work in the field I wanted, so I decided I had to make my own experience.
I worked with a friend on a webcomic with a small niche market that was a good testing ground for various techniques and styles, and now have the confidence and competance to launch some projects of my own. I'm currently developing a fantasy/horror comic called 'Slayn', and am building up backlog before it's actual web-release.
