Bulletin:

The bulletins system has undergone the following improvements...

1. Back and Next links have been added to each bulletin which can be used to navigate the bulletins list without going back to the list page.
2. When you delete a bulletin, you'll automatically be sent to the next bulletin on your list.
3. There's a delete button at the top and bottom of your sent and received lists.
4. You can see how many times each of your sent bulletins have been viewed by looking at the "Views" column on your sent bulletins page.
5. You SHOULD see a dramatic speed increase when browsing the bulletins now. Things were getting pretty sluggish.
6. You'll no longer see an unread bulletins count at the top of your main page (unless I can figure out a more efficient way to get that data). Okay, so this one's not an improvement.

I know a lot of you want a way to exclude bulletins from specific users, and that's still on my to-do list.
