a story about a scarecrow who has lost his best friend, and is willing to go beyond the edges of the 8 realms in order to bring him back and restore order.

dead monkey was a panel-a-day experiment, someday i'd like to continue the story. when the king finds out his younger brother is being mentored by a renegade magician, he has him taken prisoner, tried, and executed.
