Hi, I'm Karine Charlebois. I'm a freelance storyboard and comic artist based just outside of Montreal, QC. Having started in the animation industry back in 1996, I've become an accomplished storyboard artist for television animation and video games. In the last year or so, I've branched out into comic book art.

TV cartoons remain my first inspiration and my first love... but right now, I'm really enjoying working on comics.

I've added a couple of galleries of my published work. I might add some storyboards too, eventually, and other comic stuff done for fun.

Gargoyles #5 inks

The first 6 pages of the Gargoyles comic, issue 5, at the ink stage. This comic is published by SLG, written by Greg Weisman and coloured by Stephanie Lostimolo. I've done the pencils and inks for this book.

Cocoa Warriors

A few pages from a book done for Rubicon Publishing, for the Timeline series, distributed by Scholastic. The book is an adaptation of the story of the conquest of the Aztecs by the Spanish Conquistadors. Layouts provided by publisher, art is mine.
