i have a book reccomendation: stephen kings eyes of the dragon.. one of if not the only one of his books that are fantasy rather than horror. also its excellently illustrated by David Palladini. your Tower comic suddenly made me remember it.

Oh wow, Monster in the well is beautiful, I had such a fangirl moment about it, it's so darn cute and endearing! It also shows what good story telling skills you have that you can do an entire narrative without any dialogue. ^_^
