I've been a comics fan for two decades. I started out at the tender age of 8 reading Captain Carrot and his Amazing Zoo Crew. Eventually I discovered the Wolfman/Perez New Teen Titans, which pulled me into the DC Universe just as the Crisis hit. Titans also got me to pick up the Flash relaunch. In college, I started a little website called Flash: Those Who Ride the Lightning, which has been online for 12 years. I've recently spun off a companion blog, SpeedForce.org.

I've contributed several articles to Keith Dallas' book, The Flash Companion, which made its debut at the 2008 Comic-Con International in San Diego. With the author's permission, I've been posted several previews at Speed Force. You can order it from Amazon.



Flash Fact: My favorite Flash is Wally West, but I enjoy reading Barry Allen, Jay Garrick, and Bart Allen.

On the rare occasion that an issue comes out, I'm also reading Planetary (one more issue!), and Astro City. I'm following A Distant Soil, Freshmen and Perhapanauts in trades.
