| Bulletin: | For the Golden-Age Flash costume at Comic-Con, we needed winged boots. It's hard to find winged boots -- not to mention bright red boots of any sort for men -- so we took some slip-on shoes, some bright red vinyl, and some yellow felt, and built up the boots around the shoes. The same technique can be used to make boots for a Barry Allen, Wally West, or Bart Allen costume by using different colors of fabric. Making the Flash's Boots |
