| Header: | LEFT ON MISSION #1 and #2...on sale NOW! | ||
| Bulletin: | ![]() So with the ComicSpace outage I missed the opportunity to let everyone know that issue 1 and 2 are both out on the stands. Issue 2 came out a week after issue 1, due to a delay at the printers of issue 1. So go out and get both issues today! Here's what people have been saying: “Left On Mission is a complex espionage tale with an engaging, emotional center that addicts the reader almost instantly. There is plenty of action here but it is Westfall’s personal dilemma that captures the heart and the head. This comic is smart and melancholic...when was the last time you read a spy story that did that?” - Broken Frontier “LEFT ON A MISSION...is one of the most promising new miniseries from BOOM! Studios and a must for fans of 007 and SLEEPER.” - Ain't It Cool News “...this is a strong first issue, opening with a solid chase and gunfight action sequence...Those looking for old school spy adventure...will find a lot to like here.”-Comic Pants “Terrific pacing, the change up in the layouts was great...For a first issue in a five issue mini-series the book really pulled me in and made me look forward to the next issue.” - Comics And...Blathering Rantings of Lunatics “I wasn't sure if I was going to get this one, but...it was definitely worth it...” - Warren Peace Sings the Blues “Mosher is an economical storyteller...aided immeasurably by artist Francesco Francavilla...who imbues his characters with visible, believable emotions...with the equally impressive colorist, Martin Thomas...manages to convey a consistent mood and a great sense of place. I’ve never been to Havana, but this is exactly how I imagine it.” - Double O Section |
