I've been a colorist for 2000AD for years, but only got my chance to draw for the Mighty Tharg last year- my first Dredd one shot comes out in March. |

Great colour work! I didn't know there was a Scarface comic going on. Does it follow the story of the film? Best of luck with it all, though from the sound of things, I don't tink you need it!

Yes indeed- it launches this month and follows a great "what if?" premise (Tony being so full of drugs his body fails to realise it should be dead). My end was to give the comic a bright, 80's Miami look.

Good stuff, I'll look out for it. D'you think it'll get put into a graphic novel eventually? I'm a Scarface crazy guy...I know it's not the greatest film ever and Pacino overacted through the whole thing, but that's what made it good for me lol! I'll confess another geeky Scarface fact about me: My brother took loads of sound bites from the film and made them high-pitched. Then he put them into WORMS WORLD PARTY!! The funniest thing in the world...
The colour work looks great, it suits the atmosphere of the film. Very cool. Sorry for babbling on, too! |

Well, they owe me a ticket after last year, so I expect to be there- right now I'm stuck in Jersey, but get in when I can (which is a lot less then I'd like).
