From my home in rural Indiana, I weave Gothic tales inspired by my studies of anthropology, ancient religions, mythology, and the occult.

I am the author of the Cairnwood Manor series, published by KHP Industries' horror imprint Black Death Books, as well as an anthology of dark prose and poetry entitled Widdershins, published by Lion's Den Studios.

I have served as an editor, creator, and writer for Lion's Den since 1987, publishing comic books such as Loose Cannons, Worlds of Wonder, Templar Nights / Sangrael, and more.

I am an avid student of the occult and the supernatural. I am a founding member of the Nightstalkers of Indiana and actively pursue the preternatural with the Wabash Paranormal Investigation and Research Group.

My beautiful wife Kim and I are happily raising our son Connor and her sister Cassie in what is by day an idyllic Hoosier paradise, nestled between fields, and woods, and flowing streams... but when darkness falls, this paradise takes on a sinister air, and that is where my imagination runs wild.
