I just read Blue beetle 14 and it was great, they really need to get you on a Guy Gardner mini series or something because the way you draw him is perfect. Also how long do you think you'll stay on blue beetle? Besides you and Cully Hamner a lot of the artists that have drawn it haven't been my cup of tea.

Those spider-man pages are really good and make me angry that right now I can only afford amazing. Hopefully everyone involved in the spider-man books draws the black suit that well.

You've heard this before but your art is amazing. My favorite is that black widow, and judging from those comic pages you're also really good at backgrounds, something I need to work on.

I've looked at your stuff and think your storytelling is good and your basic handling of the figure is stronger than mine was at your age. Backgrounds are dull but a necessity...my tip is to keep a file box of reference: catalogues or pics from mags, that sort of thing. We can all draw TVs but they look better based on real models rather than one out of your head (unless you're an excellent artist!). Or look at DVDs...if you're drawing a courtroom scene for instance, think of such a scene on a film you may have, watch that scene and adapt that room to what you need. It's still dull drawing but the end results will look better!
