You were actually correct. Acts of Vengeance was the Marvel Crossover where villains swapped heroes to fight (actually a fairly intriguing and interesting premise). Day of Vengeance is the recent DC crossover which led up to Infinite Crisis... too many days and acts of vengeance, if you ask me. :p
