Lost in the Dark Press is a comic book and graphic novel
publishing endeavor established by Stephen R. Buell and
Jeff Davidson. Started as an experiment in self-publishing
with Buell's 2004 mini-series, Video, Lost in the Dark
ventured into the graphic novel arena with 2006's critically-acclaimed
Fragile Prophet, written by Davidson and illustrated by Buell.
Following the Fall 2006 release of the collected version of
Video, the pair have several projects in development,
including Buell's ongoing series American Juice,
scheduled to begin January 2008, and Davidson's graphic
novel Smile for the Machine, also slated for a
2008 release.
