LuCe's Curriculum

Lucia Centolani lives and works in Forlimpopoli, a little village in Italy, near the adriatic coast, where she was born in 1984. Even though little LuCe really loved to draw artworks and comics, she attended scientific high school, where she read and loved Italian Literature, and finally understand that she was born to draw.
In fact after the Diploma, she attended the private Comics school Humpty Dumpy in Bologna, and in the end of the scolastic year (2004) she won the comics competition "Otis Redding's life and music" organized by Porretta Soul Festival with the story "The soul of Otis".
Then she attended several comics courses, and she did artworks for cities (Forlì and Forlimpopoli), shops (restaurant ReLuNa and so on), corporations (HERA SpA).
She's still a student in the atelier of the two twin brothers painters Alfonso and Nicola Vaccari.
She did several art exhibition in italy: Milan, Bologna, Ravenna, Forlì... The artworks "Remebers in the mirror" won the 3rd place in the national italian art contest "Margherita d'Argento", in year 2007.
Now she works as a employee, and she still draw artworks and comics, doing art exhibition, play drums and sing in her musical group TalismanStone, waiting to live only with her art.
