Greetings! ^^ I'm MagickLorelai. I have three comics hosted on Drunk Duck; Ialus, Bloomstone Academy, and Elementary Aspects.
Ialusis my main comic. It centers around Almarina, a Half-Siren who is thrust into the journey of her lifetime after an assassination attempt on her life. I've posted the end of Chapter Two as a sample here, and if that interests you, feel free to check out the main site.
Elementary Aspects started out as a comic based around real friends of mine. It's entirely in pencil, except for a few pages with color, and really is just a "pet" comic. It's currently on Hiatus.

Bloomstone Academy is a spinoff prequel to Ialus. It focuses on the three years before the events of Ialus take place, and is much more of the "Shoujo" variety; from Magical Girls to School Uniforms.

Yes, there is an obvious influence of anime/manga in my art. I like the style, it appeals to me, and I enjoy drawing it. If you don't like it, then that's your choice.

A bit of news: On Drunk Duck(the webcomic hosting site I host Ialus and Elementary Aspects on), both Ialus and Elementary Aspects have been featured on the main page. The guidelines for this to happen include a comic with both decent art and writing. I'm honored that the people at Drunk Duck seem to think my comics are worth being featured! I suppose that means, they might be both worth checking out. ^^
