Hi I'm Chris Le Galle and I'm a member of Wicked Comics, which in turn is a voluntary organization aimed at promoting the comic culture both in Malta and abroad.

Wicked Comics has just made history by holding the first Comic Convention in Malta on the 31st October and 1st November. This Convention showcased the best local artists and included international guests such as David Lloyd, Tim Perkins, Mike Collins, Warren Pleece and Sean Azzoppardi. The website though still functioning is currently being revamped as we start work on the 2010 show.

The Comic Con will now be held on a yearly basis, and soon we will confirm exact dates for 2010. But it will prolly be held on the last weekend of October. The first show has been declared as a success by all those who attended and we hope to make the 2010 a bigger and better event. Anyone interested in taking part in next year's show is welcome to contact me on chrislegalle@gmail.com.

Wicked Comics would also like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved in making the first show a reality. You know who you are guys and you have our eternal gratitude.

We are also currently working on a website for Wicked Comics which we hope will serve as a portal to the comic work. All those who would like to know more/contribute in this project are also welcome to contact me.
