Seems like all these "pre-made" networks, and communities is just another step toward complete personal control in the grand scheme of communication and information. Websites became blogs, then into MySpace, then into all these other "social networks". Not to mention our lovely ComicSpace here. Just like the many spin-offs of YouTube and Second Life virtual communities. Go figure. I'm sure in the future we'll be launcing such new network communities from the cell phones of our common man. No HTML, or ANY technical experience needed. But I'm fine with that. Gone are the days of being buried on MySpace. I say three cheers for building likeminded communities..... though on the flip side.... we lost that grand community the Internet had promised to become. A super highway that connects the world together. Looks like that's only part true. We're connecting the chosen few together into little island communities of shared interest. But.... wasn't that always the case? Hahah! Good to *talk* with you Marc. Keep on inking! I always liked your work. I recall when you used to show projects on the Image Forums.

I like this place, well enough. :) Yeah, I used to post over there fairly regularly, but after I stopped doing/getting books for Image I just kinda slowed down a bit. I post elsewhere now more often. Plenty of things going on, I'm actually busier than ever, nowadays. :)
