The Baboon Bellows (daily updated) Blog is Back!

After months of procrastination and planning, I've re-started The Baboon Bellows:

In order to keep disciplined and post content daily I've set up a schedule:

• Daily - My Comic Book icover. I’ve got over 10,000 comic books and comic
magazines stored away in my house (oy vey!) and have nearly all the covers
scanned and stored in my computer. Each day, choosing a cover at random, I’ll be
posting a cover and describing the contents and talking about it by memory
(ain’t no way that I’ll be able to dig out each and every comic each day!) These
comics span the years 1963 thru the late 1990’s. No cover will be rerun (with
10,000 covers to choose there’s not much chance of that.)

• Art Work Tuesday - Every Tuesday I’ll be posting artwork from current
projects, sketch books and archives. This doesn’t mean that I won’t post artwork
throughout the week, it does mean that no matter what, there’ll be artwork on
Tuesday!

• Music Thursday - Much like my Comic Book collection (but not nearly as vast) I
have a large music collection. Among
my CD’s, Cassettes and LP’s I have a lot of picture sleeve 45’s (45’s! ancient
stuff!). Each Thursday I’ll post a 45 picture sleeve, many of which may have
rarely been seen.

• TV on DVD Monday/Wednesday/Friday - As if large collections of comics and
music weren’t enough (and don’t get me started with my sports/non sports card
collections) I’ve got a decent collection of Television Series DVD sets as well.
Rather than just watch them, like any normal person, I’ll be watching and
posting reviews three days a week.
Starting Monday, July 23rd, I’ll be reviewing the First Season of W.K.R.P. In Cincinnati
(and the episodes I’ll be watching have over 95% of the original music!)
