| Bulletin: | Another wave of news! Recently my teacher and good friend Paula Vermeersch finished her thesis on Dante´s book, The Divine Comedy, related with the illustrated versions and interpretations in the Renaiscance. I guess. 8- ) Anyway, she invited me and other artist friends to illustrate Dante´s passage through Hell, each one with his own style. My collaboration can be seen in the Gallery. I used the good old white paint and pencil on black paper. Seemed fiting, since Dante keeps saying how dark, dense and moody Hell is. I did five, plan on doing 2 more. One of them with Lucifer. Hope you like it! This work will be shown during her presentation and in the beggining of next year, as the freshmen arrive at our college. They´ll have a blast ;- ) |
