from layout to pencil to color to lettering it takes anywhere from 8-15 hours I'd say. That's on book3. Book one was on the lower end of that because of deadlines.

But, then again, the possibilities are almost endless with digital methods. Personally, when I make the colours, I use sampled textures: clothes, rough materials, ha-ha, even food. But you make it look very natural. Amazing!
