New Jersey native now living in Brooklyn. I spent two years at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon Art. Eventually, I began working in comics and animation here in New York. I've drawn and painted for Valiant and DC Comics, MTV Animation, and Cartoon Network, including storyboard or background color on "Celebrity Deathmatch", "The Venture Brothers" and "Codename: Kids Next Door". In 2002, I began self-publishing my ongoing comic book series “66 THOUSAND MILES PER HOUR”. Other comic book projects include -PLANETARY BRIGADE written by J.M.DeMatteis and Keith Giffen. Boom Studios -WIZARD OF OZ adapted by myself. Penguin Puffin Graphics -PARADE (WITH FIREWORKS) written and drawn by me. Shadowline/Image Comics -LOVIATHAN my new webcomic launches in April on ACT-I-VATE-FOILED written by Jane Yolen with artwork by me. First Second Books. Currently in-progress. To be released in 2009. 66 THOUSAND MILES PER HOURACT-I-VATEDEEP SIX STUDIOClick here to send email

66 K MPH is something I could see coming from you. It fits your personality. Parade Without fireworks is so unexpected. It is introspective, moving slowly, not jumping in my face.
Both are very well done. Well, all the work is good, it's just these two I like the best.
Parade Without fireworks seems to be a cross artistically between Kurztman and Guy Billout and yet neither at the same time because it's all you.
I'm looking forward to more. 1 Reply [ Latest posted on March 31st, 2007 12:05 AM ]
