In July Digital Webbing Presents #34 will be in comic shops around the globe. So... what IS Digital Webbing Presents?

Digital Webbing Presents is a comic book anthology. What that means is that Digital Webbing Presents takes finished graphic stories from various writers and artists and prints them for readers to enjoy. Digital Webbing Presents focuses primarily on action and adventure-oriented superheroic tales, but also handles a wide array of other content through specialized themes. Digital Webbing Presents is the flagship title of Digital Webbing, a website founded by Ed Dukeshire in the hopes of showcasing up and coming comics creators. Some of the talent to have contributed to Digital Webbing Presents in the past include the artist of Invincible, Ryan Ottley. Jim Keplinger, who has written for Image Comics' ShadowHawk. Skottie Young of New Warriors fame, and many more who are enjoying successful careers in the comic industry. Digital Webbing also publishes comics based on the wildly popular video game franchise BloodRayne.

Why does this matter so much to me? Because my creation MegaStar will be making his debut in the pages of Digital Webbing Presents #34! Because this is my first time having a sequential story published in a comic book, you can probably understand why I'm so excited.

However, I'm not sending this bulletin out to urge you all to order Digital Webbing Presents #34 sight unseen, because I don't think that would be fair. Instead I'm going to be throwing up some of the process pages and finished pages of the two stories (a three and six-page story featuring MegaStar) that will be appearing in Digital Webbing Presents #34 so you can decide if picking up the book is worth your time.

I've started a MegaStar gallery here on my ComicSpace page that has the inked and finished version of the first page of the three-page MegaStar story that will kick off our introduction to this character. I'll continue posting pages throughout the weeks ahead to give each of you a sneak peek into the sort of content you'll find in Digital Webbing Presents #34. All I ask is that if you like what you see you give Digital Webbing Presents #34 a chance. The book is featured in the Previews Catalog out in stores now, and the order code is MAY07 3401 - DIGITAL WEBBING PRESENTS #34. You can let your comic shop know that you'd like a copy ordered for you by giving them that specific information and they can do the rest. The price tag is $3.99, and the book will be filled with 4 action-packed standalone stories for your reading pleasure.

The book will also be available through Discount Comic Book Service (better known as DCBS) at a later date, and as soon as I have that information I'll share that as well. DCBS is an excellent website for purchasing comic books at a discounted price, and I suggest that everyone who reads this bulletin pay them a visit.

In conclusion, I'd just like to thank everyone who took the time to read through this bulletin. I know comic books can be an expensive habit, but I also hope that at least a few of you give this one a try. I've put my all into these stories, and I'm certain my collaborators can say the same.
