RE: How do you choose...?

Hmmm...

Well, I have had many many ideas and just pick the ones that I feel would be the most "fun". I know our work isn't always "fun", but the ones we can be the most creative at, or tell the best story with. I have finally settled on my two favorite stories/creations, and I am moving forward with them. Once I come to a good place or am finished with them (is that possible?), then I'll pick another~

Not so simple, but that's how I do it.

To comment on the comments... (cough)

I have also seen lots of folks on here who basically signed up and dropped out of sight. Yes, in a way, it's a good "promo" site, and I think that's what Josh intended, but they could at least keep up with their page, and not lead us to believe that alien abduction is a common occurrance~)

For those of us actually trying to feed our families with the art we sell, at least we'll keep up with ours. Take care.

I have done a few small projects that many folks say should be "webcomics", but like you, I prefer the printed medium. "Me & Pete" is one of those projects, but I never felt right about the whole web-comic thing. I am currently drawing it out to hopefully make an ongoing series or a few 1-shots - soon be in print:)

I am certainly not anti-webcomics. I would just like it to become its own thing. What I do hate is trying to read a 10x15" comic on the web. Lets format webcomics for the web....I was thinking the other day, why when we have an infinite canvas, do webcomics jam in word balloons (composition), and cover the art the way print comics do?

BTW neat CARtoons...
