This is for a friend whose SO is suffering from failing kidneys. He needs a transplant, and while he works, he has no health benefits. They are looking to raise as much of the needed $200,000 the procedure will require as they can through donation. I know most of us don't have it easy, particularly this time of year, but if you spare a little, your help would be vastly and dearly appreciated.
