my name is Nate lopez.

Im an aspiring comic book creator, writer, and artist. Since the young age of 3, I have been enveloped and fascinated by the literature medium of the comic book and everything that springs from it: the cartoons, action figures, movies, card, tabletop, & video games, which I have a crap load of.

Ive been working on my own story for the past 4 years and hope to greatly evolve my skills with my pencils and storytelling dialogue as I begin my college career @ the University of the Incarnate Word this fall.

My trusty pencils of choice are Faber Castell and they rarely leave my sight.

My main inspirations are Salvador Larroca, Humberto Ramos, Chris Bachalo, Adam Kubert, Alan Davis, Alex Ross, Chris Claremont, Mark Alessli, & Jerry Braucheimer
comic inspirations are X-Men, Crimson, Scion, The Legion, The Avengers, Fables, pretty much the entire Marvel Universe, and the ideas of the once and short-lived Cross-Gen Universe.
other great inspirations are the Lord of the Rings, The Matrix trilogy, Warhammer, Warcraft, God of War, Dungeons and Dragons, and MUSIC
but the most important is GOD

I hope to meet many fellow pencilers, writers, inkers, finishers, colorists, etc. who will aid me in my goal of improving myself and possibly become partners
